MÉRIDIAN represented the Buyer in the purchase a Hotel from receivership. Complex deal. Negotiated the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Multiple transactions involving several divisions of a 300-acre ranch. Transaction involved 3 levels of government, entitlements, EIR, CEQA, etc. Land was integrated into the city of Oxnard. Transaction was in escrow for 636 days.

This was the first office building in Woodland Hills to change hands in over 22 months. Long escrow. MÉRIDIAN represented the seller in this complex transaction.

We advised the homeowners, handled Title issues, stopped the auction, listed the house and sold it allowing the homeowners to start a new life inOregon debt-free. The first buyer updated the property and MÉRIDIAN resold it $1M.

Referred to a business owner looking for a secured yard to park vehicles and office space in the heart of Long Beach area. After several meetings, it was clear that the client did not need this much space. Despite the original deal being very favorable in compensation, MÉRIDIAN recommended a more economical route saving the client millions of dollars in the process.

Referred to a seller wishing to sell two properties with two single family residences re-zoned commercial in one single transaction. A complex deal that went without any hiccups.

MÉRIDIAN was retained by a jet owner frustrated for having to park his private G650 jet far from home. We enquired and made contact with the right person at John Wayne Airport, located much closer to the client’s residence. Our client is now on the waiting list for the next spot.
